Coronavirus and Your Wellbeing

Description
You might be worried about the coronavirus pandemic and how it could affect your life. Some organisations may be asking their employees to work from home, or you may need to self-isolate to prevent the spread of the illness.

This might feel difficult or stressful. But there are lots of things you can try that could help your wellbeing. This short guide from Mind explains some of the difficulties you might encounter if you are required to self-isolate, and some ways to ensure your mental health is protected.

This information is to help you cope if:

you’re feeling anxious or worried about coronavirus
you’re asked to stay at home or avoid public places, for example if your employer asks you to work from home
you have to self-isolate. This means you avoid contact with other people and follow strict hygiene rules.
You can use the guide for your own information, or share it with other members of your staff. It’s also a really useful way to think through the issues that might be affecting those working with you.
